Robert Bowler (Beau)
Founding Director
Director of The Halcyon Oratory
Beau founded Halcyon Arts in 2020 to present cultural and educational programs in world music and spirituality. He managed Stone Church Arts, a concert series focused on world music from 2006 - 2020. He was also the Director of Stone Church Center, a retreat and conference center in Bellows Falls, Vermont. He majored in Religious Studies at Reed College with a focus on the western mystical tradition. He earned an M.Div. degree from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California and is an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister.
Seroya Crouch

Dr. Crouch has practiced Naturopathic Medicine for over 25 years. During that time she has served on the boards of Natural Doctors International, and the National University of Natural Medicine, as well as, terms as Provost at NUNM and Head of Schools at Endeavor College of Naturopathic Medicine. In 2016 Dr. Seroya teamed up with Dr. Tierona Low-Dog to create a cutting edge Integrative Heath Fellowship for Medical practitioners with the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. Since then she has been building her practice, One Medicine Integrative Health, in Putney, Vermont and teaching in the US and Canada.
Danielle Devlin

Danielle is the Manager of Canis Major Music. She is passionate about all forms of traditional dance and music, especially Celtic and French rooted forms, with a special affinity for vocal traditions. She dances competitively in Scottish Highland, and is an active participant in step dancing and social dance in Canada. Danielle hosts house concerts and workshops in her personal studio space, The Ceilidh Barn; is a board member with Young Tradition Vermont as well as Halcyon; and has trained in classical voice.
Joel 'Veena' Eisenkramer

Splitting his time between India and Vermont, Joel travels the world performing Indian classical music on the Indian slide guitar. He is also a promoter, helping to bring artists from South Asia, match them with venues across the U.S. and thereby expose American audiences to the rich musical traditions from that part of the world. His goal in his own words: "to facilitate the healthy and continuous artistic exchange of Indian classical musicians in the US and in India and south Asia, providing platforms, visa assistance, educational outreach and access to authentic teachers."
Michael K. Harrist

Michael is a New England based musician, educator and concert promoter. He specializes in contrabass and yaylı tanbur and works with artists in a wide array of traditions including Turkish art and folk music, Jazz, Western Classical, Hindustani and American roots music. Michael has concertized and taught throughout the Americas and Europe. As a private music teacher, he tailors to the specific needs of the student while drawing upon a rich background of repertoire and practices. Michael's desire is to aid the student on the journey to their own innate knowing.
Sarah McKee
Board Member
Sarah is a retired lawyer who has most recently done a lot of work to stop illegal foreclosures in Massachusetts. Sarah served on the Board of Stone Church Center in Bellows Falls, Vermont for several years, and was instrumental in its founding. She is now helping with the founding documents for Halcyon. Among her many other pursuits, she is a harpist and has provided healing, therapeutic music for hospital patients, recently has taken up ballet, has explored the many traditions of earth-based spirituality, and is a contemplative in the Ceile De, a Celtic Christian monastic tradition based in Scotland.
