The Shamanic Journey

We we explore the basic shamanic journey in which you guide yourself or have another person guide you through a meditation. You usually have a set goal or at least a question to ask, but you must be clear on your intention so you can get a clear answer.  The intenion of your initial journeys may be to meet your guide(s) including your power animal. In our exploration we will be assisted by videos from Sandra Ingerman.
