8 twice-monthly sessions online via Zoom

About the event

On the first Sundays each month beginning January 7, we will  study texts: scripture, poetry, prayers, aphorisms, and teaching stories. These texts will be mined for meaning by the group and read in the context of the world's religions.

Using Socratic dialogue, we will unravel hidden meanings and new understandings. We will share personal insights and experiences. Always, our discussions will be respectful, opening our minds and hearts to each other and perennial truths at the heart of the world's spiritual traditions.

Month by month, we will travel ancient but ever new terrain, paths long forgotten or dimly remembered. Like archeologists, we will uncover new insights, inspiration for our personal journeys.

We will meet on Zoom at 7:00 pm the first Sunday of each month.  You will also be added to a Facebook Group to discuss topics between sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: Tuition amount is flexible. The suggested donation is $50 for the ten sessions. If this is not affordable (or you wish to offer more to support others who may wish to attend but do not have the funds), you can type any amount into the price box, starting with a minimum of $9. Thank you. Alternatively, by joining Halcyon Arts as a member, all online groups, including this one, are free.
